RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you get to control your own intensity. It’s a fun low impact workout that can burn up to 675 calories a session*.
RPM™ combines hit music with the motivational power of an inspiring Instructor leading you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. The workout is based on the Cardio Peak Training, that aims to maintain your heart rate at an aerobic training base (between 60 and 80 percent of maximum heart rate) while achieving peaks of intensity.
Our professional trainers will lead you through all the basic cycling stances through simulated hill climbs, sprints, interval training and more. Lift your performance and boost your cardio!

JUST GETTING STARTED?
Your fitness trainer will teach you to set up your bike and all the basic cycling techniques. Begin with 4 or 5 tracks until you work your way up to a full RPM session.
As you climb and race your way through one of our signature indoor cycling sessions, you’ll increase endurance, boost your energy, burn major calories, and kick-start your metabolism.
