WHAT IS BODYPUMP?

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

With light to moderate weights and lots of repetition, BODYPUMP provides you a total body workout which will burn up to 540 calories*. Personal fitness trainers will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – as you achieve much more than on your own! Finish your workout session feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back to our fitness center for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
