WHAT IS BODYBALANCE?

A perfect balanced workout for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ by Les Mills is the yoga-based class that will greatly enhance your mind, your body, and your wellbeing.

During BODYBALANCE, a motivating soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple moves that touches on elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is an essential part of all the exercises, and our yoga instructors will always offer options for those who are just getting started. Strengthen your whole body and leave the class feeling calm and refreshed.

What does BODYBALANCE do? It allows you controlled breathing, deep concentration, and carefully structured moves and poses. With an inspiring music, this completes in creating a holistic workout session that brings your body into harmony and balance.

BODYBALANCE is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
