With combined athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats, you’re sure to get an exhilarating experience. Our fitness trainers will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout session – challenging your limits in a good way while you burn up to 730 calories* that leaves you with a sense of achievement.
BODYATTACK is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Feel free to adjust a BODYATTACK training session to fit your current fitness level. Our fitness trainers will give you low-impact options to customize each workout to your own capacities. As backed up by research, the secret to getting fit for life is through a slow build up so we recommend beginners with 1 – 2 classes a week until you discover more and work your way up.
